Refund policy

At SHELL GAME JEWELRY, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, unique, artisan jewelry. Each piece is handmade and original; please review item photos and descriptions to ensure that you have chosen your desired style, and keep in mind that minor variations in color and size are to be expected. We will replace or refund damaged items if provided with photographic evidence of damage upon receipt (within 2 days of tracking confirmation). Elective returns are accepted for 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during elective returns or exchanges of undamaged items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
